This policy explains what Stain Wranglers collects when you call, text, or email us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

Who we are
Stain Wranglers LLC is a stone, tile, and floor restoration business serving Greater Phoenix, Arizona. We are a service-area business, so we work at your property rather than from a shop you visit.

What we collect
We only ask for what we need to quote and carry out the work.
- What you tell us directly
- Your name, phone number, email address, the city or ZIP of the property, and whatever you tell us about the surface. This comes from a phone call, a text message, or an email.
- Photographs you send
- Most people text us a picture of the floor or countertop. We keep those to diagnose the surface and to prepare a quote.
- Call information
- We use a call tracking service to record which advert or page a call came from, and calls may be recorded for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will stop the recording.
- Basic website data
- Pages viewed, rough location, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you by name.
What we use it for
To answer you, to quote the work, to schedule and carry it out, to invoice, and to follow up about your job. We also use aggregate website data to work out which pages are useful and which are not.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.
Your mobile number
Stain Wranglers LLC sends text message updates and responses to consumer customers about pricing, products, services, appointments, and other customer-care matters offered through https://www.stainwranglers.com/.
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This can include sharing relevant information with platform providers, mobile carriers, phone companies, and other vendors that help us deliver messages. Those providers may use the information only to provide messaging services to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. If you text us, or give us your number and agree to be texted, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us about your enquiry and your job. Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (480) 259-8178. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Who else sees your information
A small number of service providers handle information on our behalf: the company that hosts this website, the call tracking and messaging platforms, and the software we use to quote and invoice. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to measure traffic. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies, and the site will still work if you do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us. Records of completed work, including invoices, are kept as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email stainwranglers@gmail.com or call(480) 259-8178 and we will deal with it.
Deleting everything is not always possible where we are required to keep a record of work carried out or money taken. We will tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
