What this website is

This site describes the restoration work Stain Wranglers LLC carries out across Greater Phoenix, Arizona. It is written to help you work out what your surface needs.

It is general information about surfaces and methods, not a professional recommendation for your specific floor, countertop, or deck. That comes after somebody has looked at it.

Assessments and quotes

Asking us for an assessment does not create a contract and does not book work. We will come back to you to arrange a look at the surface.

Any figure we give before seeing the surface is an estimate based on what you have told us. The quote that counts is the one given after inspection, and it can differ if the surface turns out to be different from the description or the photograph.

The work

Restoration works on surfaces that already exist and already have a history. Some damage is permanent, some staining will not fully lift, and some conditions belong to a different trade entirely.

We will tell you which of those applies to your surface before the work starts rather than after it. Where a realistic outcome falls short of what you were hoping for, you will hear that at the assessment.

Scheduling depends on weather and on surface conditions. Sealing in particular has temperature and moisture requirements set by the product manufacturer, and we will not apply a product outside the window its maker specifies.

Text message programme

Stain Wranglers LLC sends text message updates and responses to consumer customers about pricing, products, services, appointments, and other customer-care matters offered through https://www.stainwranglers.com/. The programme is used to answer enquiries, ask for photographs of a surface, arrange and confirm appointments, and follow up on completed work.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

How you opt in

By texting us first, or by giving us your number and agreeing to be texted about the job. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything.

Message frequency

Varies. It depends on your enquiry and the stage your job is at. There is no fixed schedule and we do not send recurring marketing blasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your carrier, not by us.

Stopping messages
